Every week, numerous games launch on Xbox One but which ones really stand out? Here are some of the biggest and most anticipated titles launching across Microsoft's platforms this week, starting November 13, 2017.

While the week is also packed with the release of smaller games like Akuatica: Turtle Racing, Ashes Cricket, and Ben Ten, "AAA" titles like L.A. Noire and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 are generating the most hype. With that in mind, here are all the biggest games launching this week, from November 13, 2017 to November 17, 2017.

Outcast: Second Contact

Outcast: Second Contact is the complete remake of the cult title which sparked the open world, action-adventure genre. Take off on an exploration of Adelpha, an alien world as beautiful as it is dangerous, where your heroic journey places the fate of two worlds in your hands.

Outcast: Second Contact launches on November 14, 2017, priced at $39.99.

L.A. Noire

L.A. Noire is a violent crime thriller set against the backdrop of 1940's Los Angeles. Amid the post-war boom of Hollywood's Golden Age, Phelps, a Los Angeles Police Department detective, is thrown into a city drowning in its own success. Corruption is widespread, the drug trade is booming, and murder rates are higher than ever. In his fight to climb the ranks of his division and do what's right, Phelps must unravel the truth behind a series of arsons, racketeering cases, and violent murders. The game is enhanced for Xbox One X.

L.A. Noire launches on November 14, 2017, priced at $39.99.

Star Wars: Battlefront 2

In Star Wars: Battlefront 2, you embark on a first or third-person action experience in the acclaimed universe. Iconic characters like Darth Maul, Han Solo and Kylo Ren make an appearance in this game and there should be plenty of other surprises across its campaign and multiplayer modes. The game is enhanced for Xbox One X and offers EA Access members a discount.

Star Wars: Battlefront 2 launches on November 17, 2017, starting at $59.99. Players can play it early on November 14, 2017 if they purchase the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition.

The Sims 4

In The Sims 4 players create a variety of unique characters with distinct appearances, personalities and emotions. There's a deep level of customization as you can choose attributes like body shape, hairstyles, gaits and clothes. You can also give their lives purpose by selecting their traits and aspirations. All of these factors give you control over their being. This game offers EA Access members a discount.

The Sims 4 launches on November 17, 2017, starting at $49.99. Players can play it early on November 14, 2017 if they purchase the Deluxe Party Edition.

Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2

Join your favorite super heroes and super villains from different eras — and realities — as they go head-to-head with Kang the Conqueror. Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 allows you to play as the Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Carnage, Green Goblin and many more. Kang the Conqueror is a time-traveling menace and everyone must come together to defeat him.
