The Sims 4 is a life simulator in which you control various characters and manage their lives. The game just received a trial through EA Access.
Just like other EA games, the publisher promised that The Sims 4 would receive an EA Access trial a few days before launch. If you subscribe to the service for $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, then you can play many games roughly five days early for ten hours. The trial was scheduled to go up on November 9, 2017 but it's available right now. This isn't really surprising because EA Access trials usually go up a day before EA's official date.
In The Sims 4 players create a variety of unique characters with distinct appearances, personalities and emotions. There's a deep level of customization as you can choose attributes like body shape, hairstyles, gaits and clothes. You can also give their lives purpose by selecting their traits and aspirations. All of these factors give you control over their being. As Orwellian as all of this sounds, it's entertaining nonetheless.
The Sims is a long-running series which has quite the following on PC. Many gamers will be glad to know that it's coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on November 17, 2017. If you love management titles, be sure to give this one a go. Look forward to our review as well. You can download the trial by searching for The Sims 4 on Xbox One where EA Access members should see a free trial option right after the "Buy" button.
