Many months ago, VooFoo Studios promised that Mantis Burn Racing would be enhanced for Xbox One X.

Mantis Burn Racing is an arcade racing experience where fast-paced bumper-to-bumper racing combines with intuitive, tactile gameplay and impressive visuals. Players drive incredible vehicles across highly detailed and visually stunning tracks. Winning is everything in the game and if you purchase some of the expansions, you can shoot your way to victory.

You can prove your skills in an extensive career mode and take on friends with four-player local split-screen and online modes for up to eight players. Mantis Burn Racing features a role-playing-like upgrade system which gives players rather deep tactical choices. There's a lot to do in this game.

Today, the developers released the game's Xbox One X patch. Mantis Burn Racing supports native 4K resolution, HDR, and anti-aliasing on the console. According to VooFoo Studios, this is "the highest fidelity version of the game to date." Note, the title has been available for a while on PlayStation 4 Pro now. Mark Williams, the Technology Director at VooFoo Studios, commented on the release. He said the following.

With Xbox One X we've been able to deliver true native 4K resolution and anti-aliasing which takes the crispness and clarity of detail in the game to another level – this is the most immersive version of the game to date.

It's great to see that even though the developers managed to achieve native 4K resolution on Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro, VooFoo Studios went further on the former due to its 1.8 TFLOPS advantage.
