A few days ago Microsoft announced that Xbox 360 games like The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion and Fallout 3 would receive upgrades for the Xbox One X.
Not only do the titles look noticeably better at a higher resolution, but it also breathes new life into the games. Many individuals want to experience such classics again now that they look more modern. Many people wanted other Xbox 360 games to get upgraded and it looks like Microsoft heard those individuals loud and clear. Today, Larry Hryb, the Director of Programming for Xbox Live, revealed that more Xbox 360 games are getting enhanced for Xbox One X.
Gears of War 3, Mirror's Edge, and Skate 3 will all receive Xbox One X enhancements. These titles are already backward compatible so if you choose to purchase Microsoft's upcoming console, they'll look even better. In Gears of War 3 players fight as Marcus Fenix, the war hero and leader of his squad. Many months after the fall of the last human city, the war against the grotesque Locust goes on. However, deep beneath the planet's surface, a terrifying new threat is infecting the planet. Time is running out for Marcus and his friends as they fight to save what's left of humanity.

Mirror's Edge is regarded as a modern cult classic. The mix of fast-paced parkour blew gamers away when it first came out. The title even inspired experiences like Dying Light when it comes to the style of movement. Mirror's Edge takes place in a city where information is heavily monitored and people have given up their freedom for a sheltered life. However, some choose to live very differently. Runners, agile messengers who deliver information for a price, rule the rooftops. In Mirror's Edge you play as Faith who has to make a living, unravel a conspiracy, and use her fists and legs to punch enemies everywhere she goes.
The skateboarding game Skate 3 heads to the brand new city this time around. Get ready to team up and throw down as you build your own team to rip up the streets, parks, and plazas. Skate 3 adds new tricks and improved actions. According to EA, the added refinement takes Skate 3 to a new level of skateboarding fun. Be sure to check out these games on Xbox One X if you get the chance. It's unclear when these updates will hit but we'll keep you posted as soon as they do.
