Motiga is bringing a monk-themed update and new hero to its online battler, Gigantic.
Motiga and Perfect World Entertainment have announced a new update is rolling out to its free-to-play online hero battler, Gigantic. Called "Into Solitude," the update heralds new skins and content for the game, along with an all-new hero, Rutger.
Rutger is a tank-control hybrid hero, meaning he can both take a hit and help to control the flow of battle. Described as a "warden of the rocky plains and mountains," Rutger can summon rock walls to block opponents at will. Rutger can also be decked out with a number of monk-themed skins.
Along with Rutger, Motiga says that the latest update will bring some new content and skins to the game throughout the next month. On September 19, players will get to check out a creature variant, Stone Cerberus, as well as new skins for Wu. September 26 will see a Riftborn Cyclops creature variant, as well as new skins for Uncle Sven. Lastly, October 3 will mark the arrival of new fire-themed skins for Charnok.
If you have yet to give Gigantic a shot, the game is available for free as an Xbox Play Anywhere title on Xbox One and Windows 10. As of this update, Motiga says Gigantic now has two million registered players across all of its platforms, so you'll be jumping into a large community.
