The pool of HDR-enabled games for the Xbox One S is currently pretty small, but it just got a little bigger. Thanks to a new patch to World of Tanks, the game is now HDR-enabled for those playing the Xbox One S with a compatible TV.

World of Tanks patch adds HDR for Xbox One S gamers

According to a Reddit thread on the topic, the patch that enables HDR is available now and weighs in at 3.26GB. With the patch, World of Tanks joins Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, and NBA 2K17 as the only HDR games that are currently available. Upcoming games, like Resident Evil 7, Scalebound, and Final Fantasy XV, are also expected to support HDR once they're released.

Keep in mind that HDR will only work if you play World of Tanks on an Xbox One S connected to an HDR-capable TV. If you are, however, you should see more pronounced colors and highlights than you would while playing the game without HDR enabled.

Have you tried out the HDR update yet? Let us know what you think in the comments!
