If you were looking forward to the launch of Project Cars, the ultra-realistic simulation game from Slightly Mad Studios, you'll be disheartened to know that the game has suffered a delay, and won't be launching until March 17, 2015.
Head of Slightly Mad Studios Ian Bell said that the decision was done to avoid competition during the hectic holiday season.
"Whilst a tough decision to make, the change in release date allows the game the greatest chance of success and visibility, and the opportunity to polish the game even further to the high standards that both ourselves and our community demand and expect."
The game is now slated to launch on March 17, 2015 in North America, and March 20, 2015, in Europe. That's a four month delay from the original scheduled launch date of November 18. All versions of the game — PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One— are affected by the delay.
